- Account Setup: Customers will receive an email with instructions to set up their account and access the platform.
- Subscription Services: For subscription-based plans, access will be granted immediately and will renew automatically according to the chosen billing cycle (monthly or annually).
2. Digital Product Fulfillment
Since Dart Health offers digital products, there is no physical shipment involved. All products and services are delivered electronically through our secure online platform.
- Access: Customers can access their purchased services by logging into their Dart Health account.
- Confirmation: A confirmation email with access details will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
3. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth fulfillment process, customers must:
- Provide accurate and complete information during the signup and payment process.
- Ensure their email address is valid and able to receive emails from Dart Health.
- Contact Dart Health support immediately if they do not receive access to their purchased product(s) within 24 hours of payment.
